Exchange PolicyΒ
- Β Exchanges are allowed once per order.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on itemsΒ purchased during sales or special offers.
- Exchanges are applicable only for products of equal or higher value.
- Please allow 2β3 weeks for the processing of exchanges.
- If you receive a damaged product, it must be reported withinΒ 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs.
- Refunds are not offered. IfΒ you're unable to find a suitable replacement, we can issue a store credit, valid for 4 months from the date of issue.Β
Eligibility for ExchangeΒ
Your item is eligible for exchange if:Β
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You've received an incorrect size, wrong product, or a piece with a manufacturing defect.Β
How to Request an ExchangeΒ
If your item meets the criteria above, email us at support@shoproho.com with the following details:Β
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Contact number
- Reason for exchange
- Images of the product (in case of damage or incorrect delivery)Β
Return Shipping & Packaging InstructionsΒ
Once your exchange is approved, please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including:Β
- Invoice
- Product tags and labels
- Cloth bag (if provided)
- Any other inclusions received with the productΒ

Post-Return ProcessΒ
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If it passes the inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched and delivered within our standard shipping timelines.
- In the rare event that a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued for the product amount after deducting theΒ initial shipping charges. This credit will be valid for 4 months and can be used for any future purchase.Β
Important NotesΒ
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.Β
- Replacement is possible only for products of equal or higher value.Β
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.Β
- Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be returned within 7 days for our review.Β
- Store credits (if applicable) are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase.Β
